OUR HISTORY

TBV ASESORES is a professional service company with specialisation in fiscal, tax, accounting and labour matters, which has its origins in Bufete TRIAS DE BES (est. 1958 by Federico Trias de Bes), with its creation as its own department in the year 2001 and the incorporation of Miguel Vall in the year 2005, acting as the department director.

 

Since then, such services have been provided to the client base from the structure of alawyer’s office; although, with the current requirements of the market and the legalcompliance, Gonzalo Trias de Bes and Miguel Vall have created TBV ASESORES  as an autonomous entity with its own headquarters.

 

TBV ASESORES (Trias de Bes & Vall Asesores S.L.P.) is registered in Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB- Il·lustre Col·legi de l’Advocacia de Barcelona).

OUR SERVICES

We provide comprehensive services in the areas of taxation, accounting, labour and legal for the company and the individuals. Our philosophy is to offer a quick, efficient and quality service that is direct and personal to the client. We offer a global vision to the client before any consult. If we detect requirements in a specialty in which we are not experts, we will search for a better partner in order to always offer the client an appropriate professional service.

TAX

We offer full taxation advice, (local, regional, state-wide, and international) to both companies and individuals. We place special emphasis on the planning of taxation, being conscious of the need to be proactive and forward-thinking in each assessment. We have a recognised professional experience in the family business and in specific matters such as real estate taxation, business restructuring operations, organisations and foundations.

In the area of tax proceedings, we carry out each action in defence of the interests of the client in each area of the Tax Administration or of the Regular Court.
We manage the fulfilment of all the clients tax obligations before the Tax Administration.

We present the taxes on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis (according to the case) with the utmost rigour and attention to detail. We cover the whole spectrum of possible tax obligations.
Ultimately, we want to be the tax support of the company or individual, giving a direct, efficient and rapid service, in both the management and in the advice.

ACCOUNTING

We advise on the fulfilment of the accounting obligations for the administrative bodies, accounting departments or financial directors, especially family enterprises, family office and SMEs. At the request of the client, we prepare the client’s accounting in ouroffice or their own, acting as the real right-hand man of the small business of the

family entrepreneur, for any question or decision that may arise. We believe that the well-done accounting is the basic pillar for a correct analysis of the company and vital for the decision making of the employer.
We carry out the fulfilment of any accounting-trade obligation that the company has before the Administration, such as the deposit of the Annual Accounts of the company or the legalisation of the Accounting Books and the Corporate Books.

In short, we want to be the tax support of the company or individual, giving a direct, efficient and rapid service, in both the management and in the advice.

LABOUR

We take care of any aspect of the labour area of your company, both at a level of administrative management, and the application of the Labour Law and the executionof EREs, contracts, work inspections, senior management relations, staff studies, etc…we go to the ordinary courts in their representation for the defence of their interests, in any procedure (quantity claims, administrative and judicial conciliations…).Regarding the administrative management of the labour area, we carry out the preparation of the payroll, Social Security contribution receipts, dismissals and terminations of work contracts, occupational risks, worker affiliation, application and study of Collective Agreements, sanctions, conflict collectives, accidents at work, disability and retirement pensions, mobbing, registration of Accredited Companies and any other procedure or management before labour organisations.

We provide a periodic and personalised advice in order to five the entrepreneur total security in this area. The differential fact of our service is the interlocution of the entrepreneur with professionals who are specialised in this field.

In this area, we have the collaboration of the Juridic team, as a result of our partnerships since 2001.

LEGAL

Our professionals are specialised in providing services to small and medium-sized companies (SME) as well as the individual entrepreneur. In Corporate we advise from the creation or approach of all business start-up, analysing the legal form that is most appropriate for the activity and through the constitution of the type of company that corresponds or as an individual, until its daily monitoring and conclusion of the activity. The advice will be for both the operation of the entity, and its administrative and / or management, whose responsibilities are increasingly more sensitive and regulated by law in a strict manner.
The specialisations of the firm and its respective teams of partners allow us to provide global advice and to be at the service of the client in the widest possible range of branches: corporate operations (mergers and acquisitions M&A, restructurings, protocols); real estate operations; obligations and contracts (mercantile, buying and selling, leasing, etc.); transactions and mediations (ADR); judicial defence (procedural), trademarks and patents (IP); taxation, financial and tax analysis, etc.
